Do I have to pay by credit or debit card?

We are a small Start-Up organisation and at the moment can only accept payment with debit or credit card.

What time can I expect my order?

Deliveries are made on a Friday afternoon between midday and 8pm.

What if I am not going to be in?

If you are not going to be in to receive your order it’s not a problem. Just advise us of a safe place to leave your order when you checkout and it will be waiting for you in your allocated safe place when you arrive home.

Do I have to order something every week?

No, you are under no obligation to order every week. You can order as frequently or infrequently as you like.

When do I need to complete my order by?

Wednesday midnight is our deadline, past this and your order will carry over to the following week.

Is there a minimum order?

There is a minimum order of £10.

What if I find something wrong with an item that I have received?

If you find something wrong with your order please contact our manager at email: manager@edible16.org.uk or phone: 07956 008370.

What if I can’t find what I want on the website?

Please email details of any new products that you would like to see on edible16. Also, if you know a local producer who you would like to buy from and is not on our website please let us know at manager@edible16.org.uk.

What if I want to cancel my order?

In most cases, once an order has been completed online then edible16 will not be able to cancel your order or give you a refund. Always contact the manager if you have a problem.
